About Us

The Brigade Citadel Premier League was born out of a shared passion for cricket among residents of the Brigade Citadel Community. What started as friendly conversations among cricket lovers soon transformed into a well-organized community tournament that brought players, families, and fans together.

The journey began with Season 1 in 2025, which was successfully organized under the leadership of Gorantla Srikanth, the main driving force behind the entire tournament. With strong support from Anil Kalla, Anil P, Srinivas, Naresh Gurram, Nazeer, and Srini, Season 1 was executed smoothly and became a memorable event for everyone involved. The tournament showcased competitive cricket, sportsmanship, and strong community bonding.

Encouraged by the success of Season 1, the team took on the challenge of organizing Season 2 in 2026. The journey was not without hurdles—there were challenges in planning, coordination, and execution—but the collective effort, dedication, and teamwork of the organizing members helped overcome every obstacle. Despite the challenges, Season 2 was launched successfully with even greater enthusiasm, participation, and competition.

What makes this tournament special is its spirit. We all came together as cricket lovers from the Brigade Citadel community, united by our love for the game. Today, we are proud and happy to see the league grow from its first season into a stronger and more competitive Season 2, carrying forward the same passion, unity, and excitement.
